Privacy Policy
This page explains what the Maawna site collects about you when you visit it or write to us, and how we use it. It covers the site alone. The data a charity enters into the system after subscribing is governed by the agreement signed with it, and the charity decides about it.

What we collect
When you write to us: your name, your charity's name, a contact number, an email address, and the text of your message — whatever you choose to write in it.
When you send the form we store an encrypted fingerprint of your connection address, not the address itself, and we erase it after twenty-four hours. Its only purpose is to prevent repeated automated submissions.
When you browse the site: your browser stores your language preference, we use no analytics or tracking tool, and we run no advertising.
And we ask you for nothing about your charity's beneficiaries on this site.
Why we use it
To reply to your message, prepare your quote, and set up your account if you subscribe. We do not sell your data and we do not share it for marketing.
Where it is processed
Maawna relies on global service providers for hosting, its database, and email, and data is processed and stored on their servers outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. We detail their names and locations in the agreement with each charity; if you would like to know more: info@maawna.com
How long we keep it
We keep contact messages for twelve months from our last correspondence, then delete them. They may remain in backups for a few days afterwards. If your charity subscribes, its account and data are governed by the agreement.
Your rights
You may ask to access the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or withdraw your consent. Write to us at info@maawna.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.
Security and contact
We apply what we state on our home page: sign-in by one-time code, encryption of national ID numbers, permissions by role, and a record of every change. No system is absolutely secure.
